    Scheduling a consultation for a listing should ideally be done as early as possible in the process of preparing your property for sale. By scheduling a consultation early, you can benefit from expert advice on staging, presentation, and marketability, allowing you to make informed decisions and maximize the appeal of your property to potential buyers.
  • What does a Walk + Talk Consultation look like?
    A Walk + Talk Consultation is a one hour session where we visit your property to provide on-the-spot recommendations. During the consultation, I will walk through your space by myself, take pictures and mental notes...and then we walk through your space together to come up with a plan. I offer immediate suggestions to enhance the focal points, appeal and flow of your home. This one hour is fast moving and invaluable. Following your consultation, you will receive a Follow-Up Report within 48 hours that will include your curated Top-10-To-Do List, followed by 15 pages of tips and tricks to get your listing ready for the market.

  • How do you handle photo enhancements for staging?
    Here's the deal. My business is based off of consultations. Consultations are invaluable and provide the best bang for your buck. My goal is to utilize what the home already has. Every time. With that being said, 9/10 times, a listing is going to need SOMETHING added. Whether that means fresh bedding, some greenery, fresh throw pillows/blankets, art, lamps....sometimes it is all of those things, and sometimes it is just a thing or two! I have everything on hand that will fit in my car...art, wall decor, table + floor lamps, decor + accessories, greenery, throw pillows, blankets, towels, bedding. If I know a house needs a lot of items and they will easily hit my minimum of $800 (including curated design plan, 30 days of rentals, 2 hours of install + destage) - I will suggest that to them. Otherwise, I suggest they go and purchase a few items or try and borrow from family or friends. These are conversations I have on a regular basis, and I am very good at explaining why these little "edits + enhancements" matter and make a huge impact. I am not here to try and upsell every consultation I have with photo enhancements. I am here to provide solutions and professional guidance to create an appealing and marketable listing...to the very best of my ability.
